Vegetarian Burger Recipe, so tasty !!!!!
Hello hello everybody I hope you are super good today andtoday we're making vegetarian burger so
the first step is to put your black beanso I put three can of black bean on the
oven for like 10-15 minutes because youneed your black bean to be a bit dry and
then your burger won't be too mushy soyou turn them after two or three minutes
and then after 5 10 minutes you justtake them out
Then you can just cut 1 and a half onion and start to put in the pan, three cloves of garlic some chili pepper
so I put some green and red because like it spicy and then I put my dry black bean
and the onion the garlic and thepepper into my mixer, I had some
smoked paprika some galanga if youdon't have it it's fine guys, some pepper
some salt some fish sauce which willgive nice flavor some soya sauce
2 teaspoon I mean then I add three eggsto give a bit of texture
some breadcrumbs so you can use oats aswell, I usually use GF oats if I want
to make them gluten free but youcan use breadcrumb as well it's up to you
and I will mix everything
so you need kind of a strong mixers to do that and the texture needs to be like this you
can had a tiny tiny bit of water if youfeel it's too thick but that's it and
then I put them in a little shaper andI do burger patty
so that's the end result becauseI didn't want to show you all guys and
then I put them in the oven for like 1520 minutes just to make them kind of
crispy nice looking and then when Iwould cook them for my burger I will
just had some oil and put in a pan likekind of pan fried them
and then I put them in my burgers with this one I put avocado I put smoked tofu asparagus salad it was
just so tasty with portobello mushroombuns. That's it, I hope you guys enjoyed the

This video is a easy healthy recipe for burger. I usually do them when I want to cut down meat and they are incredibly tasty !!! The recipe usually make 10 pattys and I freeze them which is so handy for a quick healthy dish. Ingredient : - 3 cans of organic black beans - 1 &1/2 onions - 3 cloves of garlic - 2 chili (red & green) - 1 tsp of smoked paprika - 1 tsp of galanga - 1 tsp of fish sauce (non obligatory if 100% vegge) - 2 tsp of soy sauce - 3 eggs - 150 g of breadcrumbs or oats Ingredient for the whole burger : - Portobello mushrooms - smoked tofu (marinated in garlic & soy sauce) - french mustard & sriracha - cheddar - salad - guacamole
